Friends of July, friends of August, the counters are finally at zero for everyone. September is back in full swing and you’ll be reminded of your duties. Sorry, that sounds too military. So we’re going to take the new school year in our stride.

Whether you take up an activity of any kind, the priority will be to go at your own pace. Or not at all! Yes, you can drop everything if it doesn’t suit you.
