Shiso Burger is slowly extending its conquest of good taste by staying everywhere. After having been born in Berlin, it is in Paris, Reunion Island and Switzerland that the franchise is settling down after having made a long world tour from Hamburg to Doha. We are talking about an empire where the concept is based on a daring mix of cultures.
A unique cultural space
Shaking things up by becoming an essential reference was written into the triumphant destiny of co-founders and brothers Hien Tieu and Thanh Tam Nguyen. The slap in the face is above all visual when you step in the door of one of the restaurants. Here and there, we find elements of decoration in homage to pop culture, manga references that have rocked everyone’s childhood and even a wink to the hip hop masters: a real museum.

This chain does not make light of the quality of the products and even less of the homemade. In a menu where there is no shortage of choice, one discovers first of all a menu of homemade drinks whose combinations are unlike any other mixture in any other restaurant.
As for the dishes, they take the cue from a Korean dish combined in a burger, making this a perfect fusion. The best seller around the world? The bulgogi. A preparation made with marinated beef, fried onions, shiso chili sauce, teriyaki sauce and chili mayo. The recipe lies mainly in the unbeatable sauces, again: homemade!
