Levi’s LS1: the new trainer at the crossroads of cultures

The Parisian pop up store of Levi’s comes sneaking with its new product! A vast decor scribbled from floor to ceiling, an experimental skateboard ramp, a photo exhibition with various profiles and a collab with the renowned American tattoo artist Dr. Woo: to present the new LS1 trainer, it was necessary to make an impression with an immersive space. Unfortunately, this was only a preview of a collection that will be released online on 21 February 2022. The sacrosanct doors of this temple of sneakers closed on Sunday 23 January. But don’t panic: here are some of the highlights of the event.

The brand set up shop in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, boulevard Jules Ferry, during the Men’s Fashion Week to present 2 years of hard work.

Two years to develop a unisex trainer that will speak to all worlds. From skate culture, to the rap scene, to LGBTQ+, the brand has chosen a diversity of models and universes. L for Levi, S for Strauss, 1 for A New One: the pair obviously refers to the brand’s jeans made of raw denim in four colors: black, blue, ochre yellow and ecru.

For those in a hurry, the famous models will be available on levi.com from 21 February 2022. For those who want to try and feel the product, go to the shop on March 4th.
