Going back to the roots is essential through conscious consumption. The Salon du Made in France, initiated by Fabienne Delahaye, is also an opportunity to support numerous companies that perpetuate the tradition. It is also a way to raise awareness and provide interesting updates through free conferences accessible to all. Condition: pre-register on the event’s website free of charge. On the spot, the fee will be 10 euros per entry.
Fashion and cosmetics aplenty
After the frustration of the 2020 edition being cancelled due to the global pandemic, the excitement of the 280 fashion brands and 125 beauty and cosmetics brands goes without saying. Ready-to-wear pioneers such as 1083, Le Slip Français, Saint James, Aigle, Cocorico, Refab and Woodiny will be present. Not to mention the beauty temples Royer Cosmétique, Polaar, Pulpe de Vie, Monsieur Arsène, Manamani, Les Petits Solides, Botak, Kalia Nature, Jolis Baumes, Eclaé or Apo France. A non-exhaustive list, in short.
Since 2016, a jury of experts has been awarding the Grands Prix du Made in France. This year, this rule will not be departed from and will grant the most deserving the Innovation Award, the Environment Award and the Contractor of the Year Award. Because the consumer is also an important jury, a Public Prize will also be awarded, with voting open on the MIF Expo website.
New Aquitaine is the darling of this 2021edition
In previous years, the regions of Normandy, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and GrandEst were honoured. This year, New Aquitaine is taking up the prestigious torch. Nearly 70 companies will carry the colours of Made In Nouvelle Aquitaine. No need to travel far to get your fix of exciting adventures.
